17雑穀ふすまパン

 おはようございます！今日は新しいダイエット用のパンをご紹介したいと思います。 このパンはブーランジュリー「ファブール」さんにお願いしまして、当院だけのオリジナルのダイエット用に作成してもらったものです。 17種類の雑穀が入っていて、形はマフィンに近い形にしてもらいました。 ふすま粉を使用しているのですが、ほとんどふすま粉の味がせずに、もっちり感も出て、とても美味しく仕上がっています。 糖質も1つにつき、わずか５g程度ですので、ダイエットに最適です。 今回形にこだわったのが、間にチーズやハムなどが挟めるようにという リクエストがありましたので、ファブールのオーナーにお願いして、このような形にしていただきました。 ほんのり甘く、しっかり食べごたえのあるパンです。 ７個入りでの販売になります。 ご興味のある方はぜひ当院にご相談ください。 それでは今日も実りある1日を(^^♪ |
